Education

DIWA sponsors underprivileged children to attend private schools at primary, secondary and postgraduate levels. Fees are paid, and equipment such as uniforms, books and pencils are provided.  Support is also given to public schools in the form of infrastructure development, school supplies, and training. DIWA has provided educational materials and school bags to 247 rural children in Niger Republic. DIWA has sponsored 13 secondary school aged girls from impoverished backgrounds in Niger and Koki States of Nigeria for private schooling, extra tutorial, skills development programme, mentoring, and regular excursions to socio-historical places of interest. With $130/month/child, you can sponsor a child into a private secondary school that has children from privileged backgrounds, extra tutorial, skills development mentoring and excursions.
